Punch offers highest bid for Flanders Language Valley real estate (22 jan 2008)
Punch International nv today announced
that it has won the bid for the buildings of the former Flanders
Language Valley (FLV) in Ieper in the province of West Flanders, one of
the most modern business parks in the country.
The bid of € 6.66 million relates to the land, the centrally located Auris Center as well as all 18 modules of the business park.
The land and buildings are currently owned by the ‘West-Vlaamse Intercommunale WVI’. The bid is subject to approval by the Commercial Court (Rechtbank van Koophandel).
