Suar Group (Indonesia) launches SuarTrack & Vessel Monitoring System based on the Spacechecker Satellite Data Service.

Suar is a Spacechecker Partner since the beginning of 2007 and has developed the SuarTrack front-end for Marine applications.

Punch offers highest bid for Flanders Language Valley real estate

Punch International nv today announced that it has won the bid for the buildings of the former Flanders Language Valley (FLV) in Ieper in the province of West Flanders, one of the most modern business parks in the country.

The bid of € 6.66 million relates to the land, the centrally located Auris Center as well as all 18 modules of the business park.

The land and buildings are currently owned by the ‘West-Vlaamse Intercommunale WVI’. The bid is subject to approval by the Commercial Court (Rechtbank van Koophandel).

6 December 2007 – Punch Graphix today announces the offering of new ordinary shares in its capital for an amount up to EUR 69,000,000. One part of the Offering of the New Shares, representing a total maximum value of EUR 34,500,000 (including an Over-Allotment Option of maximum EUR 4,500,000, see below), consists of an offering to institutional investors in Europe by means of a private placement. The other part of the Offering, also representing a maximum value of EUR 34,500,000 will be offered to Punch International N.V.

Punch Telematix will be present on Trailer 07 from November 23 until November 27, 2007.

Trailer is a bi-annual international trade fair for semi-trailers, trailers, bodies, construction, components, and accessories for goods handling and logistics. The fair aims at all the decision makers in the european world of hauled equipment and logistical service providers.

Trailer is an organization of SAV, the Royal Professional Organization of Flemish Road Haulers and Logistics Service Providers.

Trailer^® offers consumers and manufacturers or service providers a forum to get to know the newest technological evolutions in the field of road haulage and the goods handling that is preceding or following it.

From 23 up to 27 November 2007 the constructors of semi-trailers, trailers, bodies, construction, components, and accessories for goods handling and logistics will again exhibit their products during the 12th edition of the professional fair. Dear user,

Novacom Services announces an upgrade of the Novacom platform.

This upgrade will take place on Saturday September 15th, 2007 and will lead to a service interruption between 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM (French time). There will be no loss of data.

Further to a few corrections (invisible for users), this version 4.5 incorporates some improvements that will make everyday use of the platform easier for all users:
       Response time optimisation for some pages, especially guest profiles,
       Project structure remodelling,
       Simultaneous asset availability in different groups.

Furthermore, an additional interruption will take place on Saturday September 29th, 2007 between 7:30 AM to 12:30 AM (French time) in order to undertake standard maintenance work ensuring better service quality.
