Data communication service via satellite: Satellite Data Service (SDS).


The Satellite Data Service is most effectively used for vehicle tracking & tracing, monitoring of unmanned installations, data messaging etc. The SpaceChecker SDS network has no blind holes (coverage) or roaming charges and ensures superior dataflow with low latency. It guarantees high reliability and availability.


Pre-scheduled reports


The key airtime service offered by SpaceChecker is the pre-scheduled reporting service. Subscriptions are offered at the different intervals: from 1 message every minute to messages every three hours.

 

Events (with store & forward)

An event is a change in the status of a vehicle an asset or cargo:

  • trailer tether/un-tether
  • doors opening/closing
  • vehicle start/stop
  • entering or leaving a geofenced area

 

Poll Request

Users can request an immediate report about location and status of a vehicle. It is only available when the modem is in active mode.
